Rendering 2D texture from 3D int array

Hi, i'm new in SharpGL.
I have a 3D int array (176 x 224 x 256), which is a grayscale image.
I drew a quad, and i would like to render a slice of image on it.
Eg: the quad is drew with
gl.vertex(87 , 0, -128);
gl.vertex(-88 , 0 , -128)
gl.vertex(-88 , 0 , 127)
gl.vertex(87 , 0, 127)
I would like to render the middle slice of the array to the quad.
Is that possible?
